We will be happy to serve your à la carte breakfast in the restaurant, on the terrace or in your room.

Honey, home-made jam and our own nougat cream.

Honey-roast ham, salami and roast beef, finest calf liver sausage, Norderney sea-salted ham, Italian mortadella.

East-Friesian farm cheese, camembert and cream cheese, fresh goat’s cheese, goat’s milk camembert.

Smoked salmon or halibut with horseradish cream and honey, mustard and dill sauce.

Full cream yogurt with daily changing surprises like: apples and walnut croquant, plums and crumble, bilberries and mango or cherries and pistachios; Birchermuesli.

In addition we offer you a daily changing choice of various specialities – for example miniature pancakes with maple syrup, waffles with cherries, brioches baked in milk and egg, cherry tomatoes with mozzarella and basil, vanilla risotto with strawberries, prawn cocktail, guinea fowl salad etc.

We can also offer you variations on an egg theme:
